Whether it’s the Bosman Twins’ longevity as jazz masters, classically trained musicians, classroom instructors, or their charismatic and engaging entertaining style, The Bosman Twins always leave their fans wanting more. A favorite among high profile private events to fun at festivals in the park, they put the “B” back in BeBop and Big Band Sounds. If you are “a head nodding” jazz lover; “a jamming dancing machine;” or “can’t sit still in your seat,” the Bosman’s new CD Release and performance is where you want to be on April 10th & 11th. The new CD: “When Lions Roar” will captivate every jazz fan who has been waiting for a new jazz experience with the Bosman Twins, one more time!
“When Lions Roar,” showcases original collaborations with other noted musicians and compositions by Dwayne and Dwight Bosman with the exception of one.  Musicians on the project are world class jazz and recording artists:  Jeff Anderson, Daryl Darden, Montez Coleman, Robert U. Griffin Jr., Longineu Parsons, Jr., Eric Slaughter and Ptah Williams and J. Michael Kearsay who hail from various cities around the country (St. Louis, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Portland OR and Tallahassee, FL).  Guest musicians expanding the horn section on the album are college friends of the twins and Florida A & M music Professors Robert U. Griffin Jr. and Longineu Parsons Jr.
When speaking to Dwayne Bosman, who was the innovation behind the title song and CD title: “When Lions Roar”, he shares that “producing original music and performing it fresh from the top has been a long time goal.”The lead song and title on the CD, “When Lions Roar” reflects the twins are born under the zodiac sign of Leo which is symbolized by the Lion; the power in their music; and, just as lions, when they perform their music roars. They are looking forward to their fans roaring right back with enthusiasm; then the party is on! Dwight Bosman said, “The CD reflects the authenticity, creativity and skilled performance that experience, discipline and respect has given us and taken Dwayne and I to an even higher level of expertise.” They both feel, “if they make their fans feel good inside out, they have a hit!”
